The Garden Bunny Hops Into 21St Year At The Gardens Mall With Tasty Tea Party
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (March 4, 2009) –For 21 years, The Gardens Mall Bunny has been springing shoppers into the season and delighting tens of thousands of kids with his signature floppy ears and bushy tail. On March 28, he will arrive at the mall for his annual visit and host a Tasty Tea Party from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Food Court. Sponsored by Whole Foods Market of Palm Beach Gardens, tickets are $6 and are available at the Mall Information Desk, while supplies last.
The Gardens Bunny makes his home within the uniquely colorful and whimsical Butterfly Garden in The Gardens’ Grand Court from March 28 through April 11, bringing wonder and excitement for children who visit the mall.
The Bunny will entertain young and old alike amidst a splendor of more than 2,000 fresh spring flowers and plants, 4-foot tall hand painted eggs, beautiful butterflies and hanging vines.
“The bunny is a spring tradition for us and our shoppers and something that everyone looks forward to,” said Michele Jacobs, the Director of Marketing and Operations for The Forbes Company. “Since 1989, the bunny has truly become part of our Gardens Mall family as he visits with as many as 10,000 children each year.”
Families may visit the Garden Bunny during Mall Hours 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and Noon-6 p.m. on Sunday. For those who want to take home a memory of their visit with the Garden Bunny, various photo packages are available.
