Providing exemplary service is our priority. The Gardens Mall offers a U.S. Post Office, valet parking and a full-service concierge offering an array of superior amenities. Our friendly staff will assist you with gift card purchases, complimentary wheelchairs and strollers, and provide information on any of our 160 + plus stores and restaurants.

A full-service U.S. Post Office is located on lower level near Sears. Open Monday through Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Valet Service is available at the P.F. Chang’s China Bistro entrance. The service hours are from Friday 4pm - 9pm, Saturday 11am - 9pm and Sunday 11am - 8pm.

Mall Walker Program: The Gardens Mall welcomes mall walkers seven days a week. Doors open Monday through Saturday at 7:30am and on Sunday 10:30am. Official distance, if walking upper level and lower level, is 1.2 miles.
