Pet Guidelines and ADA Requirements

The Gardens Mall is committed to maintaining a positive experience for all guests. We strive to balance the wish of some guests to bring their pet to the Mall, while realizing not all guests enjoy this as a part of their shopping experience. Our goals are safety, sanitation, avoiding disruption of Mall activities and our guests’ enjoyment of the unique atmosphere we provide. Service animals as prescribed by “ADA 2010 Revised Requirements” and defined by Florida State Statutes in section 413.08(1d) are always welcome at The Gardens Mall.
